Shipping Policy:
1) On-Demand/Flexi Delivery:
a) If you choose on-demand delivery, your order will be delivered after it has been processed and completed at any time from 9 am to 8.30 pm.(Same day for On-Demand/Next day onwards for Flexi)
b) The delivery fee is as follows:
The base delivery charge for is RM5. Free of Delivery Charge for purchase above RM80.
c) Delivery Services only APPLICABLE within Johor Bahru area ONLY.
d) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered is accurate and complete. Q8 Fresh Grocer will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
2) Pick Up @ Q8 Fresh Grocer:
a) If you opt for in-store pick-up, there are 2 slots to collect your order:
b) There is no charge for Pick Up @ Q8 Fresh Grocer.
c) If you select the Pick Up @ Q8 Fresh Grocer option during checkout, you may self-collect your order at the outlet:
15 Jalan Setia 12/3, Taman Setia Indah, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
3) Postal Delivery:
a) If your delivery address is out of Johor Bahru area, we will using normal postal to fulfil your order with address in Peninsular Malaysia. Fresh and Frozen Item will not available for the postal delivery.
b) The postal delivery is a follows:
RM10 @ 0 - 1KG
RM12 @ 2 - 5KG
RM15 @ 5 - 10KG
RM35 @ 10 - 15KG ONLY
